When working with concrete, it is always prudent to observe the following safety precautions:
- Wear protective clothing, as well as a hard hat, goggles, gloves and Wellington boots
- Avoid direct contact between concrete and the skin. Wash off immediately if contact is unavoidable
- If eyes come into contact with concrete, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice

This allows us to offset the energy used in both our readymix concrete production and also our adjacent quarry , which added to our use of low carbon cementitious materials and zero impact from aggregate deliveries means we can confidently state we are have the lowest carbon footprint of any local concrete producer.
